Welcome to our new online store!

We will post amendments to this page as and when a need to do so arises.

1. Payment

Payment on this site is made through the checkout link via PayPal.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH ON THIS SITE. Don't post cash or cheques to us under any circumstance. End of discussion! :) 

2. Shipping

All UK orders are shipped Royal Mail 2nd class as standard.  

All other orders are shipped Royal Mail International standard.

We aim to keep costs to a minimum. 
As such, we can not be held responsible for any items lost or delayed.

However, if you would like Tracked/Recorded postage, it can be arranged at an additional cost by contacting us via the form provided. 

Our prices do not include Import Duty and GST/VAT applicable in your country.

We will obtain proof of postage for all shipments. 

We will do our upmost to ship your items as soon as possible.

Note: Our regular shipment schedule is once per week. Therefore, current delivery to mainland UK could take up to 10 days. Other locations will vary, so please ask for an estimate if required.

3. Store Issues

If you have any problems with the store, contact us via either the form provided, or through our Facebook page and we will attempt to remedy the situation as fast as we can.

4. Product Issues/Returns

We can only accept returns if your ordered item is faulty/damaged. All items are checked before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect condition. However, if in the unlikely event your ordered item is faulty/damaged then please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photo(s) of the damaged item as evidence and we will reply back to you as soon as possible. Please bear in mind, we can potentially be touring and also have day jobs. So whilst a reply from us might be quick when we have email access, action can take a little longer.

Don't send returned items to us without contacting us first. We need to know if a package is coming, where and who it is from. In the result of a quality issue we may need to make sure that a similar problem does not effect other orders BEFORE we send them to the customer.

Please note, we cannot issue or reimburse any postage fees.
